Due to most of our products being frozen, we ship all of our orders on set days to ensure that your orders remain frozen during transit. A minimum order of 9 kilos of frozen products is required.

Packaging:
Although we try to be environmentally friendly as we possible can, the bags we use for bones are of a plastic composition, technology isn’t there yet for clear bags that can freeze down to -20 degrees.
