Michie’s Premium Complete Rang offers your dog the recommended daily requirement of all the essential nutrient levels, using quality, human-grade meat and fresh vegetables.
A Michie’s Premium Complete ensures that dogs receive a truly balanced diet of meat and vegetables, therefore reducing high protein and fat levels, which helps maintain weight and reduces the chance of obesity.
As a puppy’s stomach is much more delicate, their diet needs to be slightly different to the diet of a fully grown dog. Therefore, we offer a dedicated range of complete puppy food in which the meat to bone mix is of a finer grade but still uses the same great ingredients.
Our 80/10/10 range is ideal for raw feeders who home prepare; a great meat and offal base to add vegetables to if required. It is higher in protein than most average dog foods and contains only high quality, locally sourced meats and offal. Would suit underweight dogs and highly active dogs.
Single protein meats are a perfect solution if your dog has intolerances to particular proteins. They can also help with dogs who are on an exclusion diet to highlight any allergies.
As well as being a great source of protein, offal can also supply copper, iron, niacin, riboflavin, selenium, thiamin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 which all contribute to your dog's overall health. We advise that offal should make up no more than 5-10% of your dog's daily intake.
An uncomplicated, 100% natural range of quality cat food, made using human grade meats, with no grains or fillers. Just as nature intended.
Perfect for your kittens and cats. Felines naturally thrive on high protein, high moisture diets. Our range of BARF kitten & cat food has been developed to ensure your feline gets all the nutrients they need.
How much raw food should I feed my pet?
Use the feeding guide below to find the recommended amount of food for your dog or cat’s age and weight.
Please note this is only a guide as every pet is different. However, generally speaking, it is recommended that you feed 2-4% of your dog's weight per day (2-3% for cats). This can increase to 4-6% for working dogs, puppies and kittens.
Puppies and kittens can require around twice as much food for the first few months of their lives, with the food consumption gradually decreasing as they grow. Every breed is different, so it is difficult for us to provide exact advice, but you can be assured the new addition to your family will let you know if they are still hungry.

Transition Period
Every pet has different dietary requirements and the transition period to Michie's can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the type of meal they currently consume. We recommend that on day 1 you substitute a spoonful of the current food with a spoonful of Michie's and each day thereafter you increase the amount of Michie's food until the full transition is complete.
If you notice your pet’s stools are becoming looser, we suggest you reduce the amount of Michie's for a few days to stabilise the stools. For elderly or infirm pets, we would suggest seeking expert advice before transitioning.
If you have any questions regarding the transition period or our meals, please do give us a call on 01566 333337.
