    Return your denim liners

    We are always looking for ways to be more eco friendly and as you may already know, we have recently started using denim liners and have got rid of polystyrene boxes! Hooray!

    We are thrilled that we are now able to arrange for you to return your denim liners for us to reuse. It's a simple process and we'll give you 500 points. Win win!

    Simply follow the three steps below:

    Step 1:

    Please collect 24 liners.

    Step 2:

    You can fit 12 x liners of our liners into our standard sized Michie’s boxes, (this is possible but a tight fit) then tape the 2 x Michie’s boxes together.

    Step 3:

    Call or email us to let us know they are ready to collect and we will arrange APC to collect them free of charge. This is the only way it is cost effective to ship the liners back to us, for us to clean, sanitise and reuse.

    Please include your delivery address and phone number when emailing. 

    Terms & Conditions

    • Liners must be clean and intact
    • We can only accept returns of our own liners, as they are made to fit our boxes
    • For each 24 liners returned, we will give you 500 points, which can only be used for Michie’s raw food and treats
    • Once we have received your liners, 500 points will be credited to your account.
